About Dr. Gorbea
Dr. Enrique Gorbea is a fellowship trained Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon, as well as board-certified Head & Neck Surgeon. His practice focuses on surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, cosmetic and functional nasal surgery, treatment of facial paralysis and skin cancer reconstruction.
He was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and obtained his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He then completed a highly coveted and rigorous Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of Washington.
Dr. Gorbea is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He is widely published in the fields of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Gorbea has presented his research and spoken at numerous national medical conferences.
